Location: Hanoi – Hybrid working
Duration: Full-time Internship ~ 4-6 months – Working hours: 08h30 – 12h & 13h – 17h30, Mon – Fri
I. Key responsibilities
- Identify, document, and track defects with guidance from senior QA members
- Collaborate with development teams (Dev, PM,..) throughout the software development process to verify fixes, support product improvements, discuss solutions, business requirements and functional needs of the application
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to enhance testing processes
- Continuously learn and apply testing techniques throughout the internship
II. Requirements
- Preferably a graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Able to join the internship full-time for 4–6 months
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and IT fundamentals
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and a proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
